Hereafter you will find a short overview of the most important means of transport. Maritime and inland waterway transportation are fixed components in the cargo world.
Very often conventional cargo will be shipped by sea. If the cargo perfectly fits in a 20’ or 40’ container, then you completely fill the container with your goods (FCL). If small volumes or special cargo have to be transported, then we discuss the possibilities together. Depending on the country of destination and the possibilities, it might be that LCL will be the best solution.
A lighter might be the perfect means of transport for certain exceptional goods or volumes. The costs are more efficient and the ecological impact is much lower in comparison with other means of transport.
Transports by road will be arranged with trucks or with containers. A complete additional trailer (FTL) or a part thereof can be used (LTL). We organise special transports for goods that are beyond the normal dimensions. If you have got self-propelled goods, we verify if a transport on RO-RO services might be the best solution.
Airfreight is always a possibility for urgent consignments.
Railway transportation can be the cheapest and most ecological solution for some cargo. However, there must of course be the respective waterways and railway connections available.
